Today marked my first cycle to work since the operation, and I’m thrilled to share the experience! For the first time in five years, I can cycle properly. Achieving full extension of my heel downward, the motion is now smooth. Previously, I was unable to fully extend my leg, which forced me to awkwardly lift my left leg using my hip and back, causing numerous issues. My level of gratitude is immeasurable! Thank you immensely for listening to me, identifying the issue, and then resolving it. This has significantly altered my outlook. I’ve shifted from being a stoic who physically endures to someone who enjoys the physical challenges that come my way.
